CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity and AI-native endpoint protection, is seeking an experienced Workflow Automation Engineer to drive enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives across India in a fully remote capacity. In this cutting-edge role, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows and agentic AI chains to automate complex business processes. You will build end-to-end system integrations linking enterprise software with state-of-the-art AI systems, ensuring high availability, robust error monitoring, and massive operational efficiency for the company.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application integration development, software automation, and working in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise using modern low-code/node-based automation frameworks like N8N, Tray.ai, or Tray.io.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions using advanced architectures like Model Context Protocol (MCP), Gemini Enterprise, or creating multi-tool agentic AI chains.
• High proficiency in handling REST APIs, JSON, and XML structures, combined with strong scripting and querying skills in Python and SQL.
• Direct experience integrating heavy enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, or Coupa.
• Experience establishing automated infrastructure monitoring, alerting systems, and utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent business English proficiency to collaborate smoothly across international technical teams and stakeholders.
